Movers... but not.
The problem: I have a chest of drawers that doesn't fit up the stairs to my room in our new house. It's not all that huge, but the stairs are kinda twisty and weird, so the angles don't work out.
The solution: I'd like to have it brought in through an upstairs window. This requires either a crew of people who know how to do this sort of thing or possibly rental of a cherry picker-type vehicle.
The question: Do you know of a company or service that does this sort of thing? I've tried calling a few moving companies, but none of them seem keen on the idea. I don't think it's that crazy... but maybe I'm wrong. What do you think, seattle?
