Piercing

I checked the memories but they are pretty old or aren't specific enough. I am considering getting a VCH piercing. I haven't been pierced in quite a long time and have taken out all of the piercings of my youth but have recently been thinking more and more about a VCH. Does anyone have good recommendations for a place (and even better, a piercer) ( Read more... )

i don't have any specific advice for you, but are you on iam? that might be a good place to ask, too....they'll know what a vch is without looking it up or being snarky ;)

I've found the folks at Laughing Buddah to be informed. You might be more interested in having a woman do a VCH - you might want to call around.

I've taken a friend to get a VCH and her nipples at Lucky Devil. It's the same place I have been going to for a few years now. I have a few other friends that go there as well. Chuck, the main piercer there, is great. She is very knowledgeable, and oddly motherly. I haven't been in a while, but they always had good rates.

I second this. www.luckydevilbodypiercing.com is great. I've had my nose, tongue, an industrial and a tattoo done there. Chuck is totally cool. Highly recommended.

But Slave to the Needle and Laughing Buddha are both great places as well. I would avoid most of the shops in or around the U-dist as they cater mostly to fratholes and soroity sluts, and all the work I have seen them do has been really subpar.

I would say most of the places on Capitol hill are pretty trustworthy.
