i'm from vancouver going to bellingham on january 1st for some shopping. the main place i know of is bellisfair mall. my cousin also has been talking about the store forever21 so anyone know if there's one around? also anyone know if most of the stores are going to be closed on new years day? sorry for the many questions. but thanks in advance!

no no, it was much more mundane. you know, rope burns on the arms and legs, "adult devices", oil and the like. *cough*.. don't look at me like that, i was on vacation!

Fairhaven has some cute little shops, but many might be closed on New Year's. Forever21 would be in the mall, if there is one.
