The cake is good. It's very moist and rich and very apricotty, so much so that I can't eat a slice by itself. It would be good with coffee or vanilla ice cream (the non-dairy version) or coffee AND ice cream . . . something not too sweet. Also, I undercooked it just a tad. Damn. Last time, I think I overcooked the yogurt cake just a tad. The knife test isn't working for me.
