Hei covering Conrart's mouth was amazing, almost like he still can't trust him (which we know he can't). But what was even more amazing? How they were still fighting the whole time! Conrart kicks and Hei squeezes and there's this sense of intense urgency and... then it's business as usual. ~_^
Not even a splash of blood married its porcelain finish, a feat that mocked Conrart's torn sleeve and the gash across his cheek.
Oh Conrart, you and your inferiority complex! <3
Hei could have easily avoided him, but didn't. Conrart could have let go, but he didn't want to. Hei quirked his head: a caricature of feigned laughter.
This. Kills. Me. So many reasons for them NOT to do this but they can't resist. ^____^

Heh, and how could I resist the leather gloves? Although another way to look at it was that Hei was doing Conrart a favor and didn't want to mix anything other than business together. Which speaking probably would have >.>
