Still very much enjoying this story! I'm sorry to see Riley being so unsympathetic, but bat!Spike's cuteness more than makes up for it.

Love how easily Buffy and Spike slip into being able to communicate when he's a bat-- they always see more in the other than anyone else does!

I noticed this typo: Some kind of sl[e]ight-of-hand on his part that makes it look like he turned into a bat when he really just hid somewhere.
