Indeed - unfortunately I found it when I was looking up memorial quotes when I lost my brother to cancer recently. This is a great Life Lesson to remember and from such a long long time ago.

Oh Cil, I'm so sorry to hear about your brother. That truly is a lovely quote to remember him by.

Lovely quote - a great fit for "Touched". Who's the statue? :) Female figure with a laurel wreath, holding an arrow - I would guess either Diana or Minerva? A symbol of victory in battle certainly goes well with the immediate aftermath of "Touched". :)

You know those ancients and their Gods and Goddesses - all gorgeous and often sharing female-males facial characteristics. This is Cupid-Eros. I've been looking a illustrations and sculptures for a banner I did recently and decided to add this element at the last - it works much better with the addition.

I think is my favourite of the three. I love the black/red combination (very Spike) and the quote is great.

So glad you like it - it was one I did after I decided that several others were too similar and I did want to do something in B/W.
