Scurvy's cute as ever ("Scurvy sat on the camp cot, its feet swinging." Something about that seems adorable. Maybe it's the attitude. Maybe the tiny-ness.) I liked his (its?) special powers, and I love that it he Scurvy shared the cookies with all his/its colleagues! They seem to have a nice supportive team going on. I guess when you work for someone like Glory, you have enough drama already and you don't want to cause any of it among yourselves. OK, I know the cookies were really a distraction tactic. It worked awesomely.
"Did you just mess with my hair?" Hee :)
Heh, Buffy inherited the minions.
Aww, purry Spike. Isn't it nice that he... can't imagine... why killing someone would have... bothered him in the least. :D I wonder how long before Buffy figures it out. ^^ I hope it's a good long time so that she sees she doesn't need to freak out... much.

Heh. For all that I never think of plot as a strength of mine, I do tend to laddle in the twists! I never even think of them as twists until it's pointed out, though. So, thanks for that!
Scurvy ended up being critical to the story, which I never expected when it showed up at the bloodmobile. I'm glad the character worked for you!
Of course, mussing Glory's hair would be the last straw for her. Gloves off!
Yes, with a bunch of minions and a suddenly carefree Spike, Buffy's going to have her hands full.
Thanks so much for your thoughtful comments!

I'm flattered that you found it delightful. After the editing process, I'm generally unable to see the fun bits anymore, so it's a relief to hear that it worked!
If history is any guide, I'll think about it for a few years, and then the sequel will find it's way out. Definitely don't hold your breath.

I don't think the minions have ever seemed interesting before and, of course, the first taste of mint Milanos would be enough to change anyone's worship preferences. Even more so with milk.

I enjoyed the minions in canon more than I enjoyed Glory, but I'm thrilled that I managed to make them work for you! It doesn't do anybody any good to underestimate the power of a Mint Milano!
