Spike giving Buffy the "work together to survive" speech: perfection itself. XD
Killing the Beavers: nooooo, but also funny.
Spike remembering the book: oh. My. God. What implications does it even have?! It did seem like the Witch and Tumnus were stuck with their existing dialogue...
I'm intrigued to see what else they'll kill. :D

This is getting funnier and funnier! (Though I have the feeling I should maybe feel a bit guilty for enjoying it so much :-) Buffy and Spike make such a good pair, slaughtering their way through Narnia this demon dimension.

Ack! the beavers! (Tastes like strawberry jam- *snicker*) I feel like there's a countdown to Spike making some kind of beaver related quip that Buffy's probably not going to appreciate.

I totally expect Spike to have read The Chronicles of Narnia at sometime or other. I'm actually nearly embarrassed how well I know the book, but it makes your story so much fun to read! I'm really digging all the little details. Thank you for this fun!

there were demons on his trail, and conveniently there was a specialist in the extermination of demons just a little way ahead

Very true. I love his immediate peace offering, and that she sees through it equally immediately but not before taking it.

They managed to rag on each other's love lives between sorties! Vintage Spuffy!
