Spike didn't even have time to get surprised that his little prank had been promoted to the status of 'plan'.
Probably a good thing, since his plans never come off. His pranks, OTOH, work just fine.
Buffy Summers gave her companions an apologetic glance.
"She came from a wrong alternative universe," she explained to them. "Relax, Cordelia - in this universe they are good guys who fight against vampires".
Heeeeee.
"It's true", Angel said. "Spike and planning are unmixy."
Now when did Angel have the opportunity to be infected with Buffyisms?
"To sum it up, you all are absolutely useless wankers. I was ready to renounce all my principles... actually, I don't have principles, but that's another matter."
Somehow evil!Spike's reflexive honesty is charming sometimes.
"Oh, poor Dru!" she exclaimed gleefully. "She misses her little blonde Spikey so much! How could you make your girl suffer, you naughty creature of the night! Your poor, poor ( ... )

Now when did Angel have the opportunity to be infected with Buffyisms?
*scratches head* Yes, it's fair criticism. I I have to pay more attention to the characters' voices.
I think it's funny that Angel almost got his ultimate happy from getting a happy from Buffy. I was assuming he'd be somewhat put off by the abruptness of it, or her aggression.
I reread the scene and I argee, it's one more fair criticism.
I wrote the rough draft of that scene before the Twilightgate. I intended to to rewrite and to polish it, but after Buffy/Angel world-ending sexathon in comics I didn't have any desire to delve into that matter. My bad. I added a phrase that may explain Angel's state of mind - about him feeling that he finally fulfills his destiny. But, of course, it's too little too late. :(
But no, it's Spike who saves the day, all unknowing.Hee! I adore Spike the Reluctant Hero twists ( ... )

And my favorite line thus far: Angel sighed. Not that he couldn't relate to her frustrations - but the girl's acute interest in Spike's genitals was disturbing.
Hee!

This is fabulous and wonderful and brilliant and had me laughing my head off the whole way through. Thank you *so* much for linking me. Very clever use of the Wish verse, and too many laugh-out-loud lines to quote!!!!

Thank you, Elisi! I'm happy I made you smile.
Looks like comics influenced me in a bad way - my Buffy became very naughty. But here her behavior is more or less excused by the genre of comedy. :)

Writing Evil!Snarky!Spike was such immense pleasure! I consider writing fanfiction a guilty pleasure and writing evil!Spike a guilty pleasure squared. :)
Looking forward to June, 29!
