The Specter's insults were truly hilarious! Especially about the small dick and large forehead, lol!

So the Specter can speak at least a little bit of english? Interesting.

I had fun writing the insults. Since Beth was never involved with Angel, she could say them without feeling guilty.

Well, of course she can speak English. It's just easier to speak Specter-ese.
