"Lens Flare" is an effect that's usually visible in photography. The Wikipedia article for it has some good examples (even if the images are larger than icons). The icon should feature something of that kind. Sometimes it's available in the source already, but I've seen some tutorials (and I'm pretty sure textures) that you could also use.
"Obscure Crop" simply means that it should feature an unusual crop that covers/hides part of the image. I couldn't find any good examples, but I can look for in my offline stash tomorrow if you'd prefer a visual example.
I have a couple questions. Firstly, could you explain lens flare, maybe give me an example? I don't understand that one.
And secondly, I've been through screencaps of all of my season and I can't find a single pic of them eating, but I found one of a character drinking. Can I use that instead?
