I have one question: what does "levels" mean exactly? Is it any special way I have to merge the episodes into the icon?

I've done levels so frequently lately, that I completely forgot that I probably should explain that as well!

Levels are when you have 2 (or more) images next to each other. This could be horizontally, vertically or otherwise. This could also be the same image repeated or two different images.
I can't really think of a good explanatin right now without actually using the word levels. So here's an example made by me instead:
