Ah yes, Tuesday was indeed a much better day than Monday. The day started with hearing Elise’s heartbeat and having the doc report that all is well. Blood pressure is a phenomenal 124/78 and weight gain is surprisingly slow (despite feeling like a whale) - 18 pounds as of this 26th week

:) Provided Elise waits for us, we'll be a family of 4 (or 8, depending on how you look at it) in just 3 months...so weird and yet wonderful!

Jealous...i so love ikea and it is over an hours trip to one.

Happy...to hear that lil' Elise is doing well and that you are tolerating the pregnancy well (i so did not enjoy that either)

Smiling...over your thoughts on toddlerhood. I'm so glad that you are able to see such redeeming qualities in the midst of such "willfullness";)

Yay! The Poisonwood Bible! It's literally one of the few pieces of fiction (I can count them on one hand) that I remember enjoying and being really engaged in. I hope you like it!
