Wow! Thank you for your vulnerability. I haven't processed everything you were communicating. Basically, because I'm exhausted at midnight and should have went to bed an hour ago

Amen to the managing of the home being work! :) I barely remember life when Bill and I both worked outside the home but I know it definitely felt much more insane being home than not. I think that's why we probably spent more money then than we do now. We're so much more content to be in this space now that we don't feel driven out (to places of commerce) as in days gone by due to the undone domestic business.
I'm thankful too that my episodes are shorter and less extreme than ever. I don't care what people say - drugs can help. There's drugs for PMS too I hear! :)
Morning hon, I read with great interest. You expressed the experience in a way that made it very tangible...I too found myself wanting and fighting for the validation you (and so many other parents) seek. It's yours, whether another human grants it to you verbally or not. And that said, on my part, I can strive for more frequency and consistency in that acknowledgement. I love, miss, and think of you. Always.

Thanks for your comment. I'm glad the read wasn't too haphazard!
Sometimes I feel like I was born too late...or into the wrong cultural era...I'm not sure when/where parents who work at home may have ever felt appreciated by society at large but I'm pretty certain I/we may have missed that boat. :) You are terrific with your acknowledgments - thank you!
