[All that's visible is a tuft of black hair sticking out of underneath a blanket. There's a hand suddenly, covering the SFC camera and when the screen comes back into view, there's the upper half of a head sticking out of underneath the blankets and the video is closer to him. Half-lidded blue eyes stare into the camera and his eyebrows furrow.]
[Phoenix is sitting up now, leaning against the headboard and holding the camera in front of him, facing up to him. He gives a sigh, looking up at the ceiling before back at the camera.]
You're probably right. I just feel so ... blah. Just want to sleep all the time. How about you? [His eyes are closing now. He's too tired to actually keep them open to stare at the camera, but he's listening! Sort of.]
Is that what all this whining is about? Some simple sickness? Fie! Get back on your feet, boy! A mere head cold should not inhibit you from doing any work!

Ah... yes...
[ Peter is too tired to even wonder why this boy has a face today; he's simply accepted the situation (albeit, only slightly), and his messy white hair, red eyes, and... large ears appear onto the screen. He checks his watch, which is about the size of his FACE, and frowns, rubbing the bleary tiredness out of his eyes. ]
This sort of illness is a bit strange... even poor Alice is sick. I wonder what it could be?
[ There's another pause, but his ears do droop a bit as he yawns, using a gloved hand (through which his mark is glowing, easy to see, thanks to this week's weirdness) to cover his mouth. ] Though I must say the time here is rather strange, and slow. We only have one night every day! How do you live with just one night cycle when it's supposed to be noon?

Hm... perhaps it's something with the gears? Isn't illness usually caused by aging?
[ That probably made no sense to Percy. Brb showing his watch to you and pointing dejectedly at how only two of it's hands are moving out of... a ton of them.]
This! You see? I can't keep track of the other times! You have one cycle of night and one cycle of day every twenty-four hours! It's ridiculous. I've even missed tea because of it. I can't even have some peace at noon because I can't change the time here!
[ He crosses his arms, one of his ears twitching absently. ] An hour unable to affect other hours? Ridiculous!

You're not the only one who feels like crap.

... Then again this place isn't really 'normal' to begin with.
[And who is he to be talking about 'normal', anyway?]

[He's not even feeling as twitchy as he usually is. This is really, really wrong.]

It's not a mere head cold. If it was, it would probably be gone by now.

... Wait, what was that about time?
[He looks at the mark, but doesn't mention it yet.]
