At least you got her license plate number. When Oskar got hit about a year ago, I had no way of finding out who did it.

That's just it -- they've completely given up. They filed a report with the State, and that's all they're gonna do.

That's the police for you. Damn, I thought we had it for sure. A P.O. Box? Can't they track down her family or anything like that? Sorry.

I guess. But these things probably cost money, and they're probably not going to get much out of it. If she ever gets pulled over, though, it might raise a red flag. But since neither of us was hurt, I guess it's not gonna be a priority for them. :\
