Why is it that I've been unusually silent lately? I think it's more to do with the fact I have so many things I want to talk about rather than having nothing to talk about at all, but I'm afraid of posting this long, boring things that no one will read, so I guess I end up doing nothing at all! Let's fix that a little bit

i know nothing about the world of making games, but i thinkyour screen shots look awesome. i was surprised--not that i should be or to downplay what you can do..--but they looked like real games! :)

I second that -- the screenshots make me want to play that game. I suppose that's my visual nature coming through.... tell me about a game, and I'm not so interested. But then if I see it, I get sucked in like nobody's business. But the screenshots are no less awesome for this.

I think the reason you stated for being so silent is the same reason I don't post as often as I should: too much to say. On top of this, I don't feel there's enough time in the day for me to type LJ entries.

The feedback I've gotten is generally positive, but there's certainly an undercurrent of (I don't want to say disappointment) a sense of lack. Or maybe I'm just projecting, knowing how little of my ultimate "vision" is represented in current play-form. The best form of encouragement was leaving a laptop running the game for several hours and having someone (or many someones) piddle away with it for much of that time.

Hey -- if you snoop around the site where those pictures are linked, you'll find a downloadable demo of a game you CAN play (if you're on a PC). GO FOR IT! :p
