I think this is a society thing. people aren't being taught things.
Like how personal problems can be resolved civilly before things become Violent.

People don't get taken care of, and they feel isolated. If what I've been reading in this case, that's basically what happened here.

Education is key. extream limits are not.

Why isn't there a conflict icon on Mexico? Aren't the people in Chiapas still shooting at everything that moves...?

I got my hair cut today, and the lady doing it wouldn't stop talking about VA Tech. The conversation would lapse, and she'd ask me questions about it like she was quizzing me. Sigh...

I also mentioned that the news talked more about gun control and peripheral issues than the incident itself, and she couldn't wait to tell me what she thought about that.
