The new series should be "Love♥Blonde." Someone told Google Translate to sub "Lovely Idol" in for "らぶ," I guess? There's a preview of the chapter on HtY's website. It stars a blond foreign exchange student named Val(?) and a dorky girl who's obsessed with foreigners :D

Oh, the extra book is all tribute manga based on HanaKimi. That's kind of interesting! (except I never really cared for HanaKimi...)
