So apparently, Steve's been into drag since the 1940's. I love how he appears to be totally convinced not only that he can pass as a woman, but that Bucky can pass as an eight year old. Also, Steve's relationship with Sergeant Duffy is comedy gold.
(
Because pictures of Steve in a dress never get old )

I can just imagine Clint's face. He wouldn't be sure whether to be disgusted or delighted.
Glad you enjoyed them! There needs to be more love for Golden Age comics; they're crack in the purest form.

You have to wonder how many people did a double-take when they saw Steve & Bucky off in the distance and thought they were looking at a little old lady and a little boy, and then drew level with them to discover that they were actually a six-and-a-half-foot-tall old lady built like a football player and a fifteen-year-old boy unconvincingly wearing the kind of short-pants-and-sailor-suit ensemble little boys wore circa about 1890.

Well, Steve *was* hanging out with the artist's crowd in Greenwich Village during the '30's, which was when the Harlem Drag Balls were at their height...

I think he'll look great. I love the look of drag queens, like Spanish Techno...while the point is to look and act as much like a woman as much as possible, there always tells, other than the obvious Adam's Apples.
...but that's alright, stuff like can-can, looks GREAT with masculine legs.
A lot of it is totally in the mannerism, and ha, Steve can be rather granny like...
