I, um, wasn't planning to mail books outside the US, because the cost of shipping is so high that any savings I was able to offer over list price would be more than crushed: it would be annihilated. If there's something specific you wanted, we can talk about it, but I don't get access to commercial book rate.

Borderlands Books in San Francisco, on the other hand, does get access to commercial book rate, and I sign and personalize books for them all the time. So contacting them might be infinitely cheaper for you.
