I will be appearing today at Borderlands Books in San Francisco at three p.m., where I, along with John Joseph Adams, will be explaining the world domination plans as described in The Mad Scientist's Guide to World Domination. I appreciate a mad villain who knows the value of a minion. I'm always surprised when a minion gets melted, fried or exploded simply because they made one minor error.

A loyal minion has many uses. For example, a bullet shield.
