Agent Appreciation Day (slightly belated this year).

Last year, kodykeplinger declared December 11th to be Agent Appreciation Day, a holiday devoted to the adoration of every writer's personal superhero. I also want to add that if your agent lets you genetically engineer dinosaurs on her island, I'd like an introduction, not for myself, but for my husband, who has been forbidden to make dinosaurs at our house. They had their shot.

Particularly with respect to the getting you the very best contract they can. I've done enough contract work to know that's no freaking joke. I have a law degree and legalese can make MY head spin.
