Welcome to the 15th of September, aka, "the day where I make my monthly current projects post." This is the regularly scheduled update which provides the only non-hysteria-inducing answer to the question "What are you working on?" I'm eager to read all, although I'm pretty much cringing to think of what Toby not being happy with you might entail.

As for Deadline and Blackout, can't wait!

It occurs to me that after I read each of the last four Sparrow Hill stories, I'm going to have to immediately go lie down for a nap with the radio on. Just to see if I can luck into another amusing musical juxtaposition!

Is this a "Current projects that are novels" post?

I see a dearth of other media represented here.

And as much as I love your writing, I wouldn't want to forgo your music and art.

It's the "current projects that I actually get paid for, because they are what I report on as a professional" post. I don't get paid for art (and haven't had time to draw recently), except on a very localized commission or post-sale basis. I don't give that kind of status on my recording projects because then they would become work, and I would stop doing them.

I have to be allowed some hobbies, or they will be foregone forever.
