The swine flu is making me tragically happy. Not normal, but there you go.

Some people live lives of quiet desperation.

I haven't managed to get the desperation part working, but I've got the rest of it working just fine.

Fisherman's Wharf is where you can learn what the sea lion language for "get your (&*^$)$# foot out of my eye!" sounds like.

You're bad, you know that? There are now so many things in life that once, I never would have thought twice about.

Now? I see them and go "SEANAN!"

Took little sister to movies and lunch, worked much of the overtime, and am now listening to large crowds of angry drunken teenagers beat each other up right under my window. This is to remind me why I don't like the nasty flesh-on-flesh thunk, isn't it?

Your week sounds fun though. ^^ Especially the goat. Goat is good.

Monsters vs. Aliens. She enjoyed it, and there was enough of the silliness/adult-aimed jokes to keep me happy too. ^^ Only problem being now the littler one demands to be taken to see a movie too. Which isn't exactly a problem, it's just that the younger they are the more nervous I get about taking full responsibility for them out in the wide bad world. ^^

(And, look, I wasn't going to beat them. They were lovetaps, ok? Lovetaps! They've got thick skins! They can take it! ... Anyway, they were asking for it.

....

How do y'all keep getting in my head anyway??)

That's totally understandable; I'm the same way with my various nieces and nephews.

I heartily recommend waiting and taking her to Up. Pixar is always awesome for the smallest of people.
