 I'm not really certain what's caused it... maybe it's the fact that pretty much every free moment of every day of the next few weeks appears to have something scheduled in it...  but I'm beginning to feel the need to write at length again... or maybe even draw, which I haven't really done much of in years.

I think if you are still feeling the creative juices wanting to flow, you should go for it! I know it's a big blow to lose a piece like that, but you've matured as a writer since then, so it would be a nice to have and love, and lock in a desk draw (like my first NAL drafts ^^;). Maybe you could rekindle you love for Phantom and start some new fic? Perhaps with one of clicks of connections you've had? I would give it a try! *encourage encourage* I want to see some of your fiction prose! *PLEASE*
