Back at the beginning of August, our air conditioner died. We took it back to Best Buy, where we had obtained it, because it was under warrantee. They told us it would be 4-6 weeks before it would be back to us.
On Friday, just in time for the 1-degree Celcius heatwave, they called to let us know our air conditioner was fixed and ready to picked up. It had been so long -three months!- I had actually forgotten my air conditioner existed.
Another example of the sterling service I continue to receive from the folks at Best Buy.
