Goblin Fruit Autumn 2009

Dec 15, 2009 18:55

Officially, it's still autumn in this part of the world, and it's a dark season this year, indeed. We feel the chill even in sunny Southern California, and the sea glimmers dark under an overcast sky. It's an appropriate time to indulge in what editor Amal El-Mohtar has declared "the Doomiest Doom issue that ever Doomed."

This way into the labyrinth, my lovelies. )

Not done reading yet but -- I believe one could normalize volume on mp3s pretty easily. And it's something I could play with if the Goblin Queens did wish.

Done reading your review now and oooh :)
That was worth waiting for, and added layers to my reading of the issue. Thank you.

Here too is a tomb built of intoxicating words, but intoxication is not always desirable, and perhaps it's better to be a lost soul than to be noticed by celestial beings.

I am pleased to have been the bearer of this bad news.

Thank you.

This was glorious to wake up to. Thank you especially for flagging the typos and soundfile problem -- I'll see about correcting those right away. You're a treasure appropriately named, Jules!
