Who was that masked train?

Was feeling up to the challenge of vertical today, so I went into work to see what damage my boss had done in my absence. Surprisingly little, though it wore me out catching up. Tomorrow is bills day, so I need to be in for that. I'm rather anxious, because my prescription for Ambien has not arrived and I'm out, and I just plain do not sleep ( Read more... )

Good luck on tomorrow.

You're listening to Niyaz! I adore them; I've been going through a big phase of listening to lot of stuff by them lately.

Made it through the day.

Niyaz is one of those bands I picked up through belly dancing, for which they are fantastic, and Azam Ali has the most gorgeous voice.

Eesh. Sorry about the ambien; I deal with that sort of thing every day at my new job, since I work for a mail-order pharmacy call center. Lots of folks call in and want their ambien, and sometimes it gets stuck because insurance will only allow you to get X number of pills in a rolling 180-day period or whatever, and for more they need a doctor's prior authorization. It's a pain. But you might want to call and see where it's at. If it's the pharmacy's fault it got messed up, there's a chance you could get a short-term local supply at no charge. Same thing if it's lost in the mail. At least, my company (Medco) does that . . .

Ack. It's my day off and my brain is still on work.

Fortunately, it came today. I actually get all of my prescriptions through the military, which works a bit differently, as in all things. *G* If you call in a refill too soon, you're in an automated system that will tell you so. And what constitutes too soon is entered by the originating doctor. In this case, the issue is that I need to call in refills a few days sooner than I used to, because it takes them longer to be mailed to this part of the city.

It's my day off and my brain is still on work.

Bad brain! No biscuit!

Ah, what fun. Every prescription system sucks in its own unique way, I think.

Research for poems can be seriously hilarious. Just saying.

Oh, yes.
