Yay for gutwrenching pain

So yeah, last night I was feeding the dogs and they were just SO excited. Ayllah stepped in the Pyrex dish that I use to feed buster and it slid across the floor with her paw still in it and smacked into my foot/ankle. Oh God. I honestly thought my foot was broken but didn't want to over react and have to pay for an emergency room visit if it wasn ( Read more... )

*chuckles* Is it bad to say your story abou the Pyrex dish made me smile, out of a pretty sour mood? I hope it's not bad, but rather, makes you feel not quite as pained. *happy foot thoughts*

Congrats on your one year. You had such a beautiful wedding; it's only fitting you have an equally nice Paper Anniversary.

It's getting much better. Thank you Sean. I have to admit it was quite comical, all pain aside.

Thank you for the congrats. We drove by quartz mountain on one of our many roadtrips and I thought that would be nice since we never did stay there. Hopefully it won't be too hot by that time.

I hope your foot heals up okay.

Let us know how the implant works for you, I haven't asked my Dr.'s yet about it, but maybe they won't try to scare me away from it like the Dr. I had last time did.

Happy Anniversary, I hope the two of you have a great day when it comes.

Thank you Kitty.

I've had the implant for about two weeks now and haven't noticed any adverse side effect or anything. I was kinda worried since on of my co-workers threw up for about 3 weeks straight. I'm thinkng her issue was that when she got her's she hadn't been on any type of birth control for a while.

Yeah, when I asked her about it she didn't try and say anything against it what so ever. It was like "Oh you want that? *looks at a calander* we can do it on this date" and that was that. I was a little freaked out when the day came but it wasn't as bad as I'd expected, The numbing medicine hurt like hell though.

Wow, your questioning about it was much better than my experience, I told you what happened.
I hope now that I don't go to that Dr. I can talk to someone at Tripler who will help me with that.

I think I could stand a little pain to begin with for a few years child-free.

I know I really don't want to be pregnant/have a baby out here at all, and that would ruin my plan of being married for a minimum of 2 years before giving up our lives to someone else. Assuming we don't just collect cats instead.
