Surprise good day. After coming back home from running a bunch of errands in the morning, a friend came by to drop off a wig she borrowed for a party. Impromptu afternoon of champagne and talking. I like my friends.

I've been on and off here so much over the last few years, I'm not always in the loop, so I thought I would throw a random question at ya. Have you done the Mud Run before? I know you like to hike and run and you're not far away from there. I'm thinking of doing it, but I have NO idea how to train. I've looked online and cant find much help.

Two of my friends have done it and I'm thinking of trying it this year too. I'm going to be seeing them both tomorrow, so I'll ask about training!

I'm really excited. I haven't trained in a LONG time, but I've got 8 months so I should be ok by then. I guess last year they booked up by May, so don't wait too long to decide :) I just registered, woot woot, now I'm gonna die, hehe.
