Lazlo is happy to consider Subala a new friend. He likes her no-nonsense take on life and her sense of humor, and anybody who fishes so well and knows boats and water is someone he can get along with. He's also pleased that she's proof that not all older ladies are cranky and antisocial.
Lazlo doesn't really know Shoon, no. It's anybody's guess whether they would get along, or Shoon would end up in the Roy camp. There's no animosity, at least?
Lazlo has no strong feeling one way or the other about Caesar. To Laz, he's just one of those other people around the castle who has their own business to attend to.
...unless I'm forgetting some epic interaction, which is entirely possible. My brain leaks.

...but no, I don't think the others have met him. Unless...I vaguely recall a short conversation with Nei about elves? But that was months ago.

I think so. Lazlo likes Eileen - she reminds him of Pam. Sweet, helpful, mothering, with a glowing smile. He would never let anything happen to her.
And Ted. Well. Ted. Lazlo is still trying desperately to get you to leave your room, you know.
