Okay, I have finally broken out of the science coma and found time to catch up with this! brilliant as always, lovey--keep it coming! I loved the flashes of memory--*snicker* at Janson, and Wedge, well, I just wanna hug the life out of him--and also the force field "fizzed against their eyelashes and whisker stubble as they pushed through." I'd never have thought of the stubble detail.
