Can we talk about Enver for a moment and how frigging amazing he is? His Topher impersonation was ... *flails*
I think even Fran Kranz would have to check the screen to see which one of them was talking.

Topher broke my heart at the end, which is shocking to me because I HATED Topher in Season 1 and for much of season 2.
Abso-goddamn-lutely. I mostly liked him from the start, but I really loved him in the second season, and his final scene killed me.

Anyway, I really liked it! Well done on redeeming the show for me, Joss. Heh.
Yeah, it started out rough, but it turned out pretty great.

Seriously. Even the VOICE was perfect. That was some stunning impersonation. Typically I deleted all my Dollhouse icons! Weak.

topher was my favorite character, and he still broke my heart. the way the actor portrayed him, with such loss of innocence but still child like wonder at everything, made me tear up every single time.

i have big love for alan tudyk and how he portrayed alpha as well.

have you seen Better Off Ted? it's more sitcom than drama, but we laughed ourselves sick at the show. it was only on for two seasons. i also really enjoyed the Sarah Conner Terminator chronicals (plus, more summer glau!)

I have not seen Better Off Ted, but you're the second person I know to recommend it so highly. I'm intrigued by it now. :)

I loved TSCC!

I'm so glad you liked Dollhouse! I was iffy on its premise in the beginning, got sucked into Epitaph One which I still love to bits, and really ended up enjoying Dollhouse by the end.

And yes, Enver should be on every show!

Hah, that's exactly the path my own watching took. I don't think we even actually finished season 1 when I was first watching it, but I heard so much about Epitaph One we jumped to that. Glad that we did!

Biggest shock of the show for me, BY FAR, was when Whiskey shot Bennett. I GASPED OUT LOUD and sat there with my mouth hanging open for a full minute. Did not see that coming AT ALL.

I KNOW! And in retrospect I feel that I should have seen it coming, what with Joss being Joss and all, but I was also completely shocked.

It's too bad that Dollhouse alienated so many viewers during its first season, because I think it did redeem itself in S2 and become at least semi-successful in doing what it set out to do. And also, everyone who skipped S2 missed the Enver-as-Topher scenes, which were AMAZING.

If you haven't watched it yet, I second the rec for Better off Ted, which I think you would LOVE.

True! I was convinced that the big reveal with Bennett was going to be that she was totally using Topher and was going to screw him over. Not what ACTUALLY happened.

Another one for Better Off Ted. I trust your taste, so I'm adding it to the list!
