I think you have great potential and it's not your tech editing that needs much work at the moment. I think you're trying to evolve into more "insightful" vids and I think that's a great thing to do.

That's exactly what I'm trying to do. Thanx for commenting :)

I totally agree with the above commenter. I really love your sense of musicality. "Awakening" in particular was just awesome in that respect. It does look like you're working on adding more depth to your videos and I applaud you for that.

As far as concrit goes, I think sometimes your effects seem a little unecessary (for example, the inverted color shifts in Awakening). But 'philosophies' on effects use are highly subjective and vary a great deal from vidder to vidder, so if you're happy with your effects work, feel free to ignore this. IMO it's been less of an issue with your more recent work anyways.

Thanx I'm glad you enjoyed it and yeah I'm trying to make deeper stuff but it's easier said than done.
I see what you mean about use of effects and I don't use them much these days but thanx for pointing that out.

You have an amazing sense of musicality that goes way way beyond even most great action editors. I'd like to see you get a little more ambitious in what the vid's saying about the source material. But don't be afraid to kick a little ass too.

Thanx a lot that's high praise. I'll definitely try to actually say something with my vids so you won't have to wait too long ;) And I'm never afraid to kick ass lol.

I agree with the first poster. Your technical competence is exhilarating, but you do need to continue to work on your content and providing more to your vids. You certainly have the editing skills to do so.

Working on the emotional content is my #1 vidding goal right now. Thank you for the feedback.

All of your videos are great. Whether for fun action, or compelling drama, you have a style that's quickly becoming your own.

With each new video you've made, you've shown considerable improvement as your editing and your concepts continue to mature as you gain more experience. You're shaping up into becoming one of the greats. Keep it up!

Thanx so much I'm glad you think I improved and developing my own style is something that's really important to me. I also think I'm showing more and more maturity so we're on the same page.

You're shaping up into becoming one of the greats. Keep it up!

I appreciate that and I will!

I appreciate that you are an action based vidder, and I think it sets you apart; I respect both your musicality and your timing. However, I think your vids would benefit from some music editing. I believe that you are a little too in love with your music choices and the consequence of this is that your vids can go longer than the content can support.

Thanx for commenting. I often focus more on the musicality than the source material or concept so I see how some people might think I only use the source because it'll help me bring the music to life rather than using the music to express what I wanna say about the source. But in terms of length I can't think of a vid that dragged on for too long which would be more of a pacing problem. I'd appreciate if you could give me an example.
