Due South. Of course!

Neo Vs. Robocop. Good editing; goes on a bit too long near the end, but amusing overall.

I watched more S4 Due South last weekend (finally!). ( The end of 'Good For The Soul' )

I understand what you mean about not wanting to pimp out our DS. I let a friend of mine borrow the dvds, and she returned them unwatched, save for the first episode. She said it was so bad she just couldn't watch it, and I felt out of sorts for many days after that.

So I totally hear you. =/

See, that's exactly what I'm concerned about happening. I'm sorry she said that about it. :(

Due South has changed my fannish life - a completely unexpected side effect of watching it! I thought it would just be a fun show that my friends liked that I would enjoy. Hah. I was so naive. I've written thousands of words over four different fics-in-progress. I've got vid ideas coming out my ears, and icon ideas, and I think about the characters frequently. Stupid things remind me of the show. And yet I am utterly loathe to pimp it to anyone, because I don't want to listen to anyone being disdainful of it.

Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, and yes. Yeah. I consider myself inactive in the fandom and I still think about it somewhat often. I even grabbed a new icon from you!

The show just stays with you, in your heart.

I know what you mean about dS, although I still try to pimp it. It's just disappointing when someone will only watch season 3/4 because CKR is hot, or season 1/2 because they can't accept a different Ray.

The whole show has so many wonderful moments. It's built on the strength of its characters.

Wow.

I'm glad you are enjoying it. Again for me I caught most of the shows on the original airring, and Victoria's Secret hit me so hard, went out and got at the time the only thing available, the first Soundtrack. I've been living on those songs (then the 2nd one) and out of that I started my Canadian music artist collection (Sarah McLaughlin!), and kept holding out on the DVD's because of no extras and bad vid quality.

But finally the reason I loved the show came through, its about the people! So I sucked it up and bought all the sets.

I just finished Season 2, and hope st do the last set starting next week.

It really is all about the people, which is why it hit me so strongly. I'm grateful to have found it at a time when DVDs were readily available!
