Hard to keep track of all my blog starts! Forgot about this one (since April apparently...)

Hi, Sue! Welcome back after the long summer. Speaking of computer hookups for students to the college. Over summer I lost my SAIL and cannot get back in. My old passwords are rejected. This is only since the start of school, because the last week in August I went into SAIL and it worked fine.
Taking German and Imperial Rome classes this semester, and loving it.
As for your questions -- I have no idea!

Hi! Sorry to hear about your SAIL access. Did you try calling IT help desk at 617-557-2000 for a password reset?
