Dude, pimp away. I'm all for more books. I'm reading it like I like to read fanfic... to pass the time, as something to do while I'm trying to kill time at a soils mechanics site, waiting in the bank, that kind of thing. I laugh and laugh because it is so cheesy! Dude. You have no idea.

Now that I knew - if I knew - I could do nothing about my frightening secret. Because when I thought of him, of his voice, his hypnotic eyes, the magnetic force of his personality, I wanted nothing more than to be with him right now. Even if… but I couldn't think it. Not here, alone in the darkening forest. Not while the rain made it dim as twilight under the canopy and pattered like footsteps across the matted earthen floor. I shivered and rose quickly from my place of concealment, worried that somehow the path would have disappeared with the rain.

His voice, his hypnotic eyes... *giggles* It's funny. Very bad fanfic, funny. It's like it was written by a 15 yo, for other 15 yo. *g*

I'm gonna check that one out, thanks for the tip!

Exactly! It's made to be made fun of!!! It's made of FUN!

Ohhh, now I'm totally intrigued! *g*

Yeah, being off everything helps you relax and pretend to find yourself. *g* Mostly, it gave me the time to be over my depression. I mean, I'm still sitting at the computer most of the time, but now I KNOW it's because I like it and I want to, not just because I'm too ashamed to even leave my apartment.

Wish I had found the series sooner, though. I could have been done with the four books by now. *g*

I read all four books over the summer.
It really is like very bad fanfic. Especially the last book.

LOL. I'm still in the middle of twilight because I keep talking about it with a few school friends and I keep translating the sentences so they can make fun of it as well.

I mean, it's not lame or even boring, you know, which is the worst! I was certain it was going to be boring as hell and I wouldn't be able to get past page 5 or something. It's not! It's kinda fun, in a very weird way.

Also, you're not, like, secretly in love with the series and are pretending not to like it because I was making fun of it, ARE YOU???

Oh, and what is up with you having boy drama AND ME NOT BEING THERE FOR YOU! WHY DON'T I EVER RUN INTO YOU ON AIM ANYMORE! I MISS YOU! YOU CAN'T SUFFER WITHOUT ME TO TRY AND HELP YOU THROUGH IT!!!!!

I HEART YOU, DAMN IT!!!!!

*CLINGS*

ps: the icon says it all. well, the name of the icon "sdlucly loves pop" - that pop being short for YOU, YOU DORK!

Trust me when I say I don't secretly love the series.
The storyline is entertaining, but the writing is crap.
I do, however, enjoy the movies. They are cheesy and fun to mock.

We do really need to talk one of these days. My boy drama will probably make you laugh and laugh because it is so not my typical sort of thing.

I just....don't really log in to AIM anymore. :(
Perhaps this weekend!

Yeah, it's funny to make fun of, the books I mean, and if someone else would have written it, I think it would have rocked... but how it's written? Not so much. It's too girly and then not girly enough. There are entire lines that there's no way a 17 year old could think or say... it's really weird. That woman, the writer, has no concept of characterization. I do find Edward kinda fun and charming, and so much fun, but it ends there.

I do have to admit... I'm tempted to write vampire fic now, though. *g*

Yes, I need to hear about your boy drama.

Okay, if you don't log into AIM... there must be a reason. Is there someone on AIM you don't want to talk to? Or is your computer too slow to handle it? That's what happened to me before the move, the comp couldn't take firefox AND a messenger.

We can find another way to chat. MSN, or google talk or gmail. Or facebook. *g* You let me know!
