So, backup is my friend right about now, right? What with everything happening in LJ. Question, what are you using to backup your post WITH comments? Because I've found a ton of stuff to do but without the comments, and really, those are the ones that make smile. *nods

for all intents and purposes, nothing is happening to lj.

that being said, you can save a hardcopy of your journal + comments using ljArchive (downloadable program) to your computer.

you can also back everything up to a new journal on any site (vox, insanejournal, greatest journal) using ljSec, which is also downloadable. i can't remember if it moved comments, but it would at least move your actual entries.

I also like ljBook. It gives you a nice PDF that's helpful for searching your entries, too.
