Does anyone know how long it takes to make your way from Berkeley to Providence, but by plane? I mean, I mapquested it and it's, like forty hours, so I'm going by plane. Hmm. Any idea, anyone? And how much it might cost? I tried buying a plane ticket online, or at least getting the freaking price, but dude, that's more difficult than brain surgery ( Read more... )

It's not too hard to get some basics, but I know nothing about California geography... do you know your nearest 1 or 2 airports?

Also you mean Providence, Rhode Island, right?

So I should have put more information in that post. *g* I mean, from Theodore Francis Green Airport to either San Francisco or Oakland Aiport. And yes, Providence, Rhode Island. Thanks for the help!

Sweet, that's what I figured out with some mapquest finickying.

And there's only one airport in Providence showing, so I'm assuming that's it?

And you want to start in which state? And you want a round trip?

Dates are also mildly important. I'm doing a theoretical over the weekend trip with the minimizing of costs date picks. So if thursday to monday or tuesday is what you're looking for then cool.

Six hours, as info, is more than enough. Thank you, sweetie!

You do know you just have to go to Orbitz.com or Travelocity, etc. and plug in San Fran to PVD, or even Logan and have them drive since people in R.I. use both Logan (Boston) and Green (Warwick, technically or serving greater Providence) for airports and then choose most direct flights as your option. Simple! If you have someone go non-stop or direct vs. something with a layover. Between San Fran and Green there won't be a non-stop. There will be a stop in a hub depending on the airline in either Chicago, of North Carolina or N.Y. or Denver, Pittsburgh, etc. Green doesn't get the coast to coast non-stops.

I went to American Airlines, and that didn't help much. *shrugs*

Dude, where are you? I'm finally online and you're nowhere to be found!

Oh, so I'm SUPPOSED to be at your beck and call? I'll be on in about 15 minutes.

Go to Orbitz.com.

It's NOT that you should be at my beck and call, it's more like you're ALWAYS there when I need you the most. And I think this story is actually getting written, can you believe that? *surpised*

I'll be here, waiting!

Woo I can answer a question!

Well I just got admitted to college and my school has single rooms avaible, so if your willing to pay a couple hundred extra, you can have your own room. However, most schools do have doubles and the occasional triple. So that's a yes, yes, yes to roomates.

Um also, I've got bunches of friends at berkeley (I didn't apply cause I went all retarded during application time ;p) and according to one she does have a roomate form she had to fill out with the rest of admissions paperwork, so she won't know who this person is until like august or there abouts.

Also I checked UCBerkeley's website and here is the link that kinda answers that question.

Wow, sorry if that seems a bit long and spamish, but I'm done now. Carry on.
