The Republican National Committee has a new chairman, the oddly-named Reince Priebus. There not being anything else yet to pin on him, the late-night comedians have had to settle for making fun of his name. Letterman's Top Ten list last night was "Top Ten Ways to Mispronounce Reince Priebus
