Can't exactly parse what's going on with the Dead kids, but not sure if that's the intent.

More's on the way. I think I've got one more bit Below and one bit with the Quick and it's done. Definitely need to explore this further at some point.

Candyman's another rag-and-bone man. He specializes in children, basically... he's particularly alluring because he hits the kid high points. He gathers a throng of Dead kids and, if they don't have individual sale value, puts them to work as poltergeists and makes a tidy profit ghost-busting them away.

He's also sort of a pedophile. He doesn't see it that way, as they're not real kids, but that only makes it more apparent.
