Well I went to bed early last night, thinking I might get a little more sleep, and ended up waking up at 4am. Which I absolutely hate doing. But I will get over it, I have yet another dull day at work waiting for me. I will write a more thorough entry today when I get there.

Taking calls at work, up to 7, and only half way thru the day. And I can't stop yawning. When I started this new diet, I didn't have a problem with energy at all. Had tons. Recently, while, I am still adhering to my diet, I am just not getting enough sleep and I am pretty tired. I need to stop staying up all night or something ( Read more... )

Well, the day is almost done, and I have brainfry. I have taken 15 calls today, and I still have an hour to go. Just for those of you that have no idea, 15 calls is huge, 10 calls is average...I will end with almost 20. Well, we got the band going, and I think I have decided to document it here....I figure it we make it anywhere, it might be an interesting tidbit. But right now, I need sleep, it is 11am, and I have work in 8 hours...I will start writing on this tonight.

Well so far returning has told me a few things. I will never get rid of the drama without becomming a hermit, and that I can handle it a lot better than I did long ago.
