Yes, he did for all that and for survival, his life was on the table as well. He certanly did it for the world too, but I think his personal motivation came first, I think he is like Dean in that regard maybe. Family comes almost always first =)

I tried hard to even out the angst, the smut, the romance and the adventure and noir drama, I think I did ok :)

I just can't help myself. I think I can't write sad endings, but to hell with it. If someone comes to my journal I'm gonna give them happy endings so they have a nice day after they read it =)

I really enjoyed this! The love story & the plot are very good =D

Most fics completely cut Gabriel from his time as a pagan when he assumes his archengel persona... It's good to see one where he has friend and makes real magic ^^
