"But for God's sake, try not to put people of different IQ levels in the same groups."

That will always happen. Always, everywhere. And nothing can stop it. Because people think it's discriminating to label people as "intelligent" and "less intelligent" and so everyone has to be in the same group and everyone has to go through the same assignments. As stupid as it sounds! I'm constantly trying to fight for level-groups at school since hell, if you put the intelligent kids in one group and the less intelligent ones in another, EVERYONE benefits from it and the learning results are much better. But noooo, it's not allowed to do that since it might hurt someone's feelings. Pah. Thankfully in my hometown, in the school my dad runs, they got around the rule by dividing the students according to their "enthusiasm" instead of intelligence and this way got them into level-groups in mathematics XD ...and I'm blathering, yes *laughs*

You're right, it'll always happen. And it will definitely be labeled as discrimination to divide people into such groups (well, in a way it is :B). Too bad I can't play the discrimination card to my benefit here xD You see, the next subject that I'm supposed to take is more relevant to housewives (dealing with kids and their school related things) and there's another group which is just perfect for me, and that one deals with jobs and work in general. I don't get to attend that because it's only for people who already have a job. But since I don't work, I get to be with the housewives and learn how to take my (nonexistent) kid to school and to a sports club. I could go and tell them they're discriminating by putting me in a course simply because I don't have a job and the course doesn't even apply to me and won't benefit me at all, not even in the future. But nope, rules are rules, even if they're stupid :(
The division according to their 'enthusiasm' is a brilliant way to go around the rule! xD More schools need to do that *nods* :D
