Do what I tell you to do.

I want everyone who reads this to ask me 3 questions, no more no less. Ask me anything you want. Then I want you to go to your journal, copy and paste this allowing your friends (including myself) to ask you anything.

Do you feel that the way you live/exist is appropriate for following your quest?

What do you value more, your wisdom or your faith?

What would you do if I told you I love you?

as for the way i live, there's always room for improvement and change, but i believe my priorities are in order.

my faith. my wisdom has been known to fail me far too often.

i'd respond in kind.

one reason for the existence of god- the anatomy of the striking arm of the Stomapod, also known as the mantis shrimp. look it up. to me, that's "bigger" than the countless divine interventions that have changed my life for the better. then of course there's the case of that Indian mystic who NASA hired to study because he exists on nothing more than water and sunlight ( ... )

1. Do you believe in fate or destiny?

2. Do you believe in the idea of soulmates - two souls that manage to find each other and share friendship/love in every reincarnation?

3. If all socialization could be stripped away and you were left with the untouched essence of a human being, would it have a tendency to to good or bad?

no, i believe in the powerful pull of certain patterns of life, and i also believe in the power of the human will.

soulmates-what a destructive idea, that there's only one suitable mate for any person, somewhere out there. people who fixate on the idea of soulmates are in for a lot of pain- either by never finding "the one", or by losing them and being unable to move on.

i believe that very deeply, people know what's right and wrong, and want to do what's right. we just train them NOT to. after all, it's good for the economy.

I believe in soulmates, but I look at it much differently than you. Not everyone has a soulmate, I think it's something very very rare. Most people just fall in love with someone who is not their soulmate and lead normal happy lives, a soulmate is not required for a happy, loving relationship. However, i do believe that if you are one of the rare people who finds their soulmate and then loses them somehow, that you will be rather messed up...

i know my first answer sounded a bit cynical. but look at it this way-with mutual effort and communication, a LOT of relationships can be long and loving and supportive. inversely,it's also possible for someone to ruin a relationship with even a perfect partner by being selfish or immature.make sense?

luckily I found mine and kept him. soulmate, that is.

questions. right.

Do you still have my picture?
If you don't, why not?
If you do, why?

yeah, so shoot me. I couldn't think of anything witty or intelligent, and a couple people already have that covered anyway.
