AUTHOR: Scullspeare SUMMARY: Tag to Alex, Annie, Alexis, Anne. After Sam was drained of most of his blood, he made it down those basement stairs only by leaning heavily on Dean and…then they cut to commercial. Sigh.

I really liked this little tidbit, the show really doesn't show us the H/C and these behind the scenes moments that happen off camera.
I enjoyed hearing both Sam and Dean's thoughts on each other and the mark. Jody played a really nice role and balance for these too, I really would like to see her in S10!
We know that most times the boys don't talk to each other (damn Winchester stubbornness) so it's awesome that Jody can be that friendly ear.
I love her relationship with Sam, and maybe when Dean ditches the Mark of Cain (whenever that may be)there will be a chance for a heart-to-heart with him, too. A girl can dream, right?
Damn - you really hit this one out of the park! When you mentioned you were writing a missing scene fic for this I was so excited, and you definitely didn't disappoint. This was perfect

This was one of those episodes I was a little meh about going into it (mostly because of the placement in the season - a vampire episode that close to the finale?) but I loved it! Of course, there wasn't quite enough (is there ever?) - hence this fic.
As for both POVs, I always love to play with shades of grey - and, thankfully, the Winchester boys have a neverending supply.
My next fic? Hmmm... I've got a couple of ideas but I'm definitely leaning towards one where the boys are getting along - if I can remember that far back. :-/
I loved seeing more of Jody! This was a great episode, it just didn't include everything that I wanted it to, you've managed to hit all of those bases here. Reading this was a great way for me to get ready for s10 tonight!
One of these days, lets hope we get a 2-hour episode (heck, even a 90-minute one)- then they can work in some of the h/c we crave. A girl can dream, right?
No argument here; the brothers' relationship crumbling was incredibly hard to watch - and it was just as tough to write, so I'm thrilled you enjoyed the results.
Here's to them getting back on track in Season 10!

I'm with you on Season 10, too - and we're off to a promising start.
I'm thrilled you enjoyed the fic; if only episodes could be 90-minutes long, huh? :-) Then maybe we'd see some of this stuff on screen.
Oh well, maybe the 'talk' Jody suggests they have will take place in Season 10.
Thank you again. Cheers!
P.S. OK, I managed to un-spam the comment so it's here. Technology - sometimes it's just possessed!
