During school? 4 - Cell, iPod, Pocket Dictionary (Japanese), electronic sudoku. Always use a clip for the iPod, nothing else.

Would you buy a portable charging device that does not require you to plug it into an outlet? What if you had to shake or crank it?
Yes. Saves my electrical bill. ^_____^
Sure, I already have a crank-charge flashlight, so why not more?

Would you be willing to carry the weight of an extra textbook if it charged your electronic device? The weight of a Soda? An iPod?
Textbook? No. Soda or iPod? Sure.

How much are you willing to pay for a portable recharging device?
Depending on what it charges. If it's just for these "portable devices," but has a 5--or more--year life, then B ($20-$50). If it can charge bigger things or has something like a 10+ year life, then C ($50-$100).

How many times have you had problems with batteries running low on portable ( ... )

  1. Four:
    • Cell phone
    • TI-83 Plus
    • TI-89 Titanium
    • Laptop
I use a belt holster for the phone, and everything else is in my backpack.
I carry the phone around all the time, and the backpack every day I have class.
  2. I certainly would. If I had to shake it or crank it, I would have to consider how much effort would be needed to attain a charge. If just walking with it in my backpack would do it, I would certainly pick it up.
  3. If it could charge all four devices simultaneously, then a textbook weight would be fine. Otherwise more along the lines of a soda/ipod.
  4. Depending on how universal it was, d.
  5. c.
  6. 2 Durability

    5 Size

    4 Weight

    3 Price

    1 Design

I think that I am the wrong person to ask about this, because I'm pretty non-technological. But I did tell you I would fill it out.

1. 2 - Phone, iPod
I don't ever use a holster or clip, just carry them in my purse.

2. Maybe... but I don't think plugging things into an outlet is such a problem. Shaking or cranking would be oksy, as long as it didn't take too much time or effort.

3. A... maybe on the low end of B.

4. B

5. In order: durability, price, size, weight, design.
