Yeah, I know I promised an update but it's too late now and time for bed. Here's pictures from that last two days. I'll be back soon and tell you what I though of Potter and the latest goings on.
Okay, I'm a little freaked out... Mom and I made asian slaw yesterday. We didn't use BBQ chicken, though, but maybe if we had, we'd have liked it better. *g* What all is in your version?
Well there wasn't actually chicken in it, it was to go with the chicken...I guess I wasn't very clear about that. It was kind of a last minute thing I threw together. I decided to go the "asian" route because of my aversion to all things mayonnaise like (I know, blasphemy).
Lets see, I chopped up red cabbage, carrots, green onions and cilantro. For the dressing I used a little oil, rice vinegar, lime, soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, pepper and some freshly grated ginger. I think it was the ginger that added that zing and made it so tasty.
